XI International St. James Festival opening concert. UBI CARITAS ET AMOR
For the eleventh year in a row in September we start our International St. James Sacred Music Festival. This year the festival is dedicated to the year of St. James and the founder of the Dominican Order St. Dominic. The opening concert of the festival will feature a program of sacred music performed acapella by the State Choir VILNIUS, in this concert Pärt Uusberg’s Mon âme a soif will premiere in Lithuania.
State Choir VILNIUS is a professional choir, with a high performance culture, versatility, dissemination of national choral music. A distinctive feature of the choir is the synthesis of creativity and professionalism, the ability to convey music to different audiences, implementation of non-traditional events and projects.
